Fat Dissolving Injections
Best results 6 – 8 days.
1 to 3 treatments are necessary.
We use an extremely safe fat dissolving solution, using a physiological solution of Vit C and Fe (Iron). Results are seen after a few days, but sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks to start seeing results.
Filler

Filler Dissolving
Filler dissolving breaks down and remove hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. It’s typically used to correct unwanted results, treat lumps, or address complications. Filler can be re-injected in after 2 weeks.
Skin Boosters
Medical aesthetic skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to hydrate and improve the quality of the skin from within. They typically contain hyaluronic acid and other nourishing ingredients that enhance skin texture, elasticity, and radiance. Skin boosters are ideal for treating dull, dry, or aging skin on the face, neck, and hands, providing a natural, refreshed glow.
Chemical Peels
A chemical peel is a skin treatment that uses a solution of acids to exfoliate and remove the outer layers of damaged skin. This process helps improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, acne scars, pigmentation, and uneven tone, revealing fresher, smoother, and more radiant skin underneath.
Plasma (Skin Tightening)
Plasma skin tightening is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses a device to deliver plasma energy (ionized gas) to the skin’s surface. This creates controlled micro-injuries that stimulate collagen production and cause the skin to contract and tighten. It’s commonly used to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin, especially around the eyes, mouth, and neck.

Anti-Wrinkle / Botulinum Toxin

Bio-Stimulators

Unlike fillers, which add immediate volume, biostimulators work gradually to rebuild the skin’s structure from within. Common types used in South Africa are listed below and they are used for facial rejuvenation, volume restoration, and overall skin quality improvement.
Profhilo
Profhilo is an injectable that hydrates the skin deeply and stimulates collagen and elastin production. Unlike traditional fillers, it spreads evenly under the skin
to improve overall skin quality, firmness, and elasticity. Profhilo is ideal for treating skin laxity on the face, neck, and other areas, resulting in a smoother, more youthful appearance.
Treatment session: 2 treatments – one month interval

HArmonyCa
HArmonyCa is an innovative hybrid injectable treatment that combines hyaluronic acid (HA) and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) to provide both immediate and long-term skin rejuvenation. Sculptra is an injectable biostimulator made from poly-L-lactic acid that gradually stimulates the skin’s natural collagen production. Unlike traditional fillers, it works over time to restore facial volume, improve skin firmness, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Sculptra is ideal for long-lasting facial rejuvenation with natural-looking results.
2 – 3 sessions needed every 4 to 6 weeks. May last for up to 24 months.
